Yes thanks, I have tried them and both have their good points but I don&#039;t think either of them are a total solution.  What do you use yourself and do you find that it gives you the ability to tell where sounds come from or to  prioritise speech in a noisy  environment liek a cafe or a pub?  Do yu havea complete loss on one side or is it a reduced level of hearing you have?</description>
